Maintenance plans aren't just about tune-ups. They're about avoiding everything that happens when you skip them.
Most homeowners don’t think about their plumbing, heating or air conditioning until something goes wrong. By then, you’re looking at an emergency call, a bigger repair bill, and a house that’s too hot, too cold, or flooding.
Our maintenance plans are built around one simple idea: catching small problems before they become expensive ones.

We ask for a 12-month initial commitment so we can deliver the full value of your plan (both seasonal tune-ups). After that, you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
The plan covers maintenance visits, inspections, and tune-ups. If we find something that needs repair during your visit, we'll let you know upfront with a clear quote before doing any work. Repairs and parts are separate, but members always get 10% off.
We schedule heating tune-ups in the fall (before the cold hits) and cooling tune-ups in the spring (before summer). For Total Home members, we’ll coordinate your plumbing inspection during your heating or cooling maintenance visit. We’ll always reach out to schedule, so you never have to remember.
When you call for service, you go to the front of the line. During peak seasons like mid-winter or a summer heat wave, non-members can wait days. Members get same-day or next-day scheduling whenever possible.
Absolutely. Regular maintenance keeps your manufacturer’s warranty valid and ensures your new system runs at peak efficiency for years to come. Most manufacturers actually require annual maintenance as a condition of their warranty.
