I had a great experience working with James and his team to install our new boiler and water heater. He worked to understand our needs, gave us solid advice, and provided a competitive bid with no extras or upsells (and no BS!). His work was very professionally done, and it was obvious that he took great pride in his work and in providing the most useful components. First, locate the water shut-off valve behind the toilet (usually near the floor against the wall) and turn it clockwise until it stops. This will cut the water supply to the tank.
