Fast, efficient, and professional. I went to turn my heat on and realized my boiler wasn’t working. It was a Friday before a long holiday weekend but James had one of his guys there first thing Monday morning and my heat was back up and running in just a few hours! Thank you so much!! Highly recommend

Met with me on short notice and took the time to talk about all options, but brief and to the point.
Helped me make a better decision.
Went above and beyond so the work got done in a timely manor and we're very satisfied with the results.
Thank you, James & Crew.

Excellent service. Responded quickly to confirm my appointment and the work was completed quickly the same day. We will be using this company for our yearly heating maintenance.

I had a great experience working with James and his team to install our new boiler and water heater. He worked to understand our needs, gave us solid advice, and provided a competitive bid with no extras or upsells (and no BS!).  His work was very professionally done, and it was obvious that he took great pride in his work and in providing the most useful components. He also took the time to explain the work, how the equipment worked, and made sure the settings were what we we were looking for.  All in all a great experience, and we will be working with him again.

Frequently Asked Questions

My toilet is overflowing, what do I do before you arrive?

First, locate the water shut-off valve behind the toilet (usually near the floor against the wall) and turn it clockwise until it stops. This will cut the water supply to the tank. If the water level is high, do not try to flush again. Give James A. Dalelis Plumbing & HVAC a call immediately, and we will dispatch a plumber to clear the blockage safely.

Why does my toilet sound like it’s running constantly?

A "running" toilet is usually caused by a faulty flapper valve inside the tank that isn't creating a proper seal, or a float that is set too high. While it seems minor, a running toilet can waste hundreds of gallons of water a month, spiking your water bill. James A. Dalelis Plumbing & HVAC can replace these internal components quickly to stop the waste and restore quiet to your bathroom.

Can I tighten a leaking faucet myself?

While tightening a handle screw might fix a loose handle, it rarely fixes a leak. Leaks usually originate from worn-out washers, O-rings, or cartridges inside the faucet mechanism. Overtightening can actually crack the fixture or strip the threads. It is best to have the team at James A. Dalelis Plumbing & HVAC replace the internal parts to ensure the leak is stopped for good without damaging your sink.
