I had a great experience working with James and his team to install our new boiler and water heater. He worked to understand our needs, gave us solid advice, and provided a competitive bid with no extras or upsells (and no BS!). His work was very professionally done, and it was obvious that he took great pride in his work and in providing the most useful components. We ask for a 12-month initial commitment so we can deliver the full value of your plan (both seasonal tune-ups). After that, you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
The plan covers maintenance visits, inspections, and tune-ups. If we find something that needs repair during your visit, we’ll let you know upfront with a clear quote before doing any work. Repairs and parts are separate, but members always get 10-15% off.
We schedule heating tune-ups in the fall (before the cold hits) and cooling tune-ups in the spring (before summer). For Total Home members, we’ll coordinate your plumbing inspection at a convenient time. We’ll always reach out to schedule, so you never have to remember.
