Not every water heater problem needs a new water heater. A lot of the “your unit is toast” calls we take turn out to be a $40 thermocouple, a stuck gas valve, or a clogged inlet filter on a tankless unit. We diagnose honestly, quote clearly, and only recommend replacement when it’s genuinely the right call.
